Hello,

I'm in need of help to see if this shipping company is fake or not

I have agreed to purchase a motorcycle and the seller has choose this company to be a neutral party to handle the shipment and transaction of money

Your help is really appreciated. Thank you very much.

Here are the terms of the transaction:

Step 1: Buyer and Seller Agree to Terms
Both parties agree to terms of the transaction, which includes a description of the motorcycle, sale price, number of days for the Buyer's inspection, and company Transaction information.

Step 2: Buyer Sends Payment to company verified agent.

Next step to be taken:
The buyer must send the payment by Western Union Transfer to our Eurotrans Spedition Company Malaysian Agent (our employee).

First name: Aripin
Last name: Bin Ahmad
Address: Via Corso 12
City: Firenze
Zip code: 20124
Country: Italy

Note:
Western Union is the world faster way to send money. The transfer can be done in 10 minutes and available in the next minutes. If the payment is made using cash at Western Union Services, our company will start the shipping on the same day because we can verify the transfer immediately.

The Buyer submits a payment selecting Western Union Transfer. Our agency verifies the payment. Processing time for payment is 48 hours.

As soon as the deposit payment is made into our agent name contact us providing the scanned copy from your Western Union Transfer or send us the details by e-mail: eurotrans_speditions@mail-central.com

Upon payment verification, the Eurotrans Spedition Company is authorized to ship the motorcycle and submit tracking information. Eurotrans Spedition Company verifies that the Buyer receives the motorcycle. Delivery times are different depending on your location.

Step 4: Buyer Receives the motorcycle
The Buyer has a set number of days for inspecting the motorcycle and the option to accept or reject. (7 days for motorcycle inspection)

Step 5 :If the Buyer is not satisfied, he must notify our agency of company problems that the motorcycle may have before the end of the inspection period.A solution to most problems can usually be negotiated between the Buyer and Seller. If this is not possible, the Buyer must return the motorcycle to the Seller (seller supporting the cost) using the method in which the item was shipped to the Buyer.

Step 6 : Eurotrans Spedition Company Pay the Seller.

Protection for both Buyer and Seller
-Buyers receive and inspect the motorcycle before the Seller is paid.
-Sellers receive their money if the Buyer accepts the motorcycle.

It is fake; and the "seller" is the scammer himself

I've added the site to our database:

http://escrow-fraud.com/index.php?page= ... a&id=10797

Please compare it to former "incarnations": http://escrow-fraud.com/index.php?page= ... &layout=31

I also sent a report to the hoster; from previous experiences I'd say the fake site will be gone shortly.

Please post the name and email address used by the "seller" and how you came across the motorcycle.

Oh god why didn't I find this website sooner? I have already paid for the motorcycle. Damn it. I came across the motorcycle from http://www.mudah.my/. After the deal begin he delete the ads. But he gave me his scan of Identification Card and I checked it with the National Registrar. Its a real person and the address are tally. The person receiving the money also gave a scan copy of identification card and it's in the database. I'll post the name and email address once I confirm he's faker. And I'll be sure to lodge a police report. Thank you.

I'm so sorry to hear that you already paid.

As you can see the fake site is killed meanwhile (the web host reacted very quickly). When you file the police report you can make them aware that this is part of a long and ongoing fraud. The perpetrators most likely are from Romania.

As far as the ID cards go: I've seen so many fake scans. The scammers use a "blank" ID card over which they put a transparent plastic foil with the name they want to use at this time. I've seen identical cards with different names.
