Is Sernam-Deal.com fraud?

Hi,

I am about to go in a deal with a person who I found on Alibaba.com. He said to use http://www.Sernam-Deal.com . Can someone please tell me if this is a fraud escrow site or not. I'm really confused about this site, as I have not seen it mentioned as a fraud site when I searched around on yahoo about it.

Its a scam site.
What was the e-mail address the scammer used?
What are they selling on Alibaba?
How is payment expected?

The guy was selling cell phones.

This is a e-mail address: watson_qr@yahoo.com

I really didn't talk about the way it was going to work because I know how Escrow is, and I never heard about Sernam-deal so that is why I asked.

And just to let others know there is another scammer whom i've found on Alibaba.

Company name is: Robson Electronics
e-mail address is : krobsonponte@aol.com
He was selling cell phones also.

And the website he wanted to use is : http://www.cargoltd.com (check it out I'm sure you will realize it as soon as you see it )

And I don't know if anyone can do this but please get http://www.cargoltd.com site shut down.
