CAR4SHALE Limited is è true site? Please help.

Postby NomadSoul » Thu Sep 18, 2008 12:46 pm

Hello,
I'm italian boy, is the first time that i want to buy a car in England, i see the annunce on autoscout24 and i have contact the seller for a Opel GT a beuty spider car. The price is more less and this makes me doubt.
The seller said that he have signed a contract with http://4share.auto.officelive.com , and to buy the car must first pay them 30% of the car and the remaining 70% at the time of delivery. This is what I wrote the seller. The seller is an individual who worked in Germany in a dealership and bought the car there and then returned home to England, bringing the car with them.
I saw that the site on September 16 was tested by you but since I do not understand English very well I do not know if it is ok or not, please help me: IT'S SCAM OR NOT?

This is the email sent me:
Hello,

I PAY THE TRANSPORT FOR YOUR LOCATION,

I already signed a contract with http://4share.auto.officelive.com and I paid all the taxes and I have no interested in loosing that kind of money. The car is ready to be sent to the buyer wich I'm waiting for at the moment. This is the only way and my only condition in this transaction.
(IF YOU DON'T ACCEPT THE TRANSACTION TERMS,PLEASE DO NOT INSIST WITH OTHER SOLUTIONS.)
Terms of the Transaction:
Here is how I want to go about delivery and payment for the car which will be through "http://4share.auto.officelive.com" and will also give you the chance to inspect the car before I receive the payment for it..I will explain to you step by step how this will work.
1)First you have to send me your shipping information (your name and address).
2)After I receive your shipping info, I'll go to at "http://4share.auto.officelive.com" and leave the car into your name and with your address as the intended receiver.
3)"http://4share.auto.officelive.com" will check the car ,also the legal papers to see that everything is OK with it.
4)You will receive a notification from "http://4share.auto.officelive.com" as a confirmation that the car is in their custody and also, that the car has been tested.
5)After that, you will have to make deposit payment on the "http://4share.auto.officelive.com" Departament and address , as a guarantee, and send the payment information to "http://4share.auto.officelive.com".
( you must send a deposit of 30 % first and rest of the money 70% after you will receive the car)
6)"http://4share.auto.officelive.com" will verify the payment, and if everything is in order, they will deliver the car to your door step.
7)After you will receive the car and you will be completely satisfied with it, you will instruct "http://4share.auto.officelive.com" with your decision. You have 10 days to inspect it and take a decision.
If you don't keep it,they will refund back your deposit amount.
8)If by any reason, you will not be satisfy by the car,you will send back car to "http://4share.auto.officelive.com" with no expense.I will not have any details of payment because they are confidentials.
Let me know if we can do this.

NOTE:
SHIPPING TIME: 5- 7 DAYS.
The money will be sent to Shipping Company before you will receive the car and not to me. I repeat they will keep your money until you receive the car and the documents of the car. You will have an inspection period of 10 days. In this time you can check, test and inspect the car. An EU Moving agent will be there to help you to register the car. If by any reason (the car has any hidden damage or it isn't like i describe it) you can reject the deal. In this case Shipping Company will refund you totally and they will ship the car back on MY cost.

The car was verified by the Shipping Company qualified automotive technician and the car have passed all the test with no problems.

And having doubts is a very good thing in this case.

The seller said that he have signed a contract with http://4share.auto.officelive.com , and to buy the car must first pay them 30% of the car and the remaining 70% at the time of delivery. This is what I wrote the seller. The seller is an individual who worked in Germany in a dealership and bought the car there and then returned home to England, bringing the car with them.

...and that's what we have heard hundreds of times: Car bought in Germany, went back to England, steering wheel is on the wrong side....

I saw that the site on September 16 was tested by you but since I do not understand English very well I do not know if it is ok or not, please help me: IT'S SCAM OR NOT?

It's a scam. The car doesn't exist; and your "seller" is not sitting in England; he's sitting in some Internet cafe in Romania. Don't EVER send this "company" any money.

Thanks you for answer.
Th sell write that the car is ever in box precisely for driving on the left.
In effect the price is more more less :((((
But i want to know one thing: but the site that I posted is a fraud site or is just a suspicion, why do you think that the seller is in Romania?
However, thanks to everything and more content.
Now i contact autoscout24 for know whether this company.
Thanks Antonio.

Most of those sites use the same layout again and again and again...
So once you have seen a particular layout several times you get a pretty good idea that it's fake.

(There are various other signs as well; but I'm not going to post them in the open.)

Romania? Call it experience: This type of scam is mostly done by Romanians. Could be somebody else, sure.
