I went to that site and found that the browser I normally use (Mozilla Firefox) did not display the page properly. That was the first clue to me that this site might be a fraud. A real site (legit) would check (generally) compatibility of the most popular browsers. So in order to see the site I had to use I.E. (ugh).
Any way, I also checked the WHOIS info

and found that the site was created on June 17th 2005, less than a week ago. I also noticed that it was register by YAHOO Domains. Typically, I would not expect a business of this type to register using a provider like Yahoo.
After I looked at the page (with I.E.) I noticed the logo (the 2 interlocking squares). This logo was stolen from http://squaretrade.com which IS a legit site.
I would avoid Secure-trade Auction at all cost. I have added them to my fraud list and added their (almost completely stolen from squaretrade.com) page to my gallery.
