i need the experience of the board. I am looking at purchasing a 2002 minin cooper that I found on autotrader. the car is 3000 below wholesale and originally the post came stating it was within 200 miles of my house in Texas. I emailed the owner of the car and he stated he was recently transfered to Canada and had the car shipped there. He request that I deposit fund into INGonlineservices for escrow. He stated he would ship the car to Texas and allow 7 days to decide on the car. I spoke with him today on the phone and he denied living in Texas. He stated I could use any escrow service i wish for the transaction. I have never bought a car on the internet before so I am trying to be cautious. The whole deal seems a little to good to be true. Is there any information on INGonlineserives? Please let me know. Tc
