Ok.. This one seems fishy too. First of all the color choice looks like something out of a Commodore 64 or Tandy TRS80 Color Computer.

First Thing I think of when I look at the WHOIS info is "Are we hiding?" Because they are using DOMAINS BY PROXY, it is much harder to use the WHOIS inf as a means to determining a fraud. That being said, it also makes me IMMEDIATELY suspicious.
Next, of course is the creation date of less than a month ago.
The lack of ANY REAL company info on the site (Real or made up for that fact).
The poorly designed site makes a poor impression on legitamcy as well.
Then of course we have the ever popular Verisign LOGO, which if accurate should take you to verisigns site. (with Verisigns address in the URL). However they hide that info using Javascript (to hide the address bar), but the site is still accessible by finding the RIGHT url. Which isn't hard in this case . If you go to
http://www.bactone.com/verisign.html you will see the same thing as if you clicked the Verisign Logo. You will also note that the address is NOT
https://seal.verisign.com as the page suggests that it should be. Also with Verisign, that is supposed to give you the security of SECURE online transactions, meaning that you should be able to use SSL or an httpS address. Well if you go to
https://www.bactone.com you will find that this site does NOT support SSL.
