ive been on that site whois.com and it states that the site was created a week ago, but on the website for http://www.expert-deal.com they say theyve been around since 1997. Not a good sign I guess?

Indeed this one smells of fraud. I have seen this Exact Web-Layout many times before. Unfortunately, it was before I started capturing the images and adding them to my gallery.
