china-escrow.com - too old for a fake?

This domain is listed in the database and mentioned in several other fake escrow lists on the web. However it is a bit of an oddity, in that this domain was registered three years ago already. That does not fit the standard fake escrow patterns.

I am not saying it is legit (in fact, many things are odd about its website), but I'm wondering if anyone has actual scam reports about it.
