I started looking at Piedmont Investments first. (917) 208 0376 is a New York mobile -- it's plausible for a New Jersey resident to have a NY cell phone, but very odd for a New Jersey business. But on the plus side, they are mentioned in an American Stock Exchange report http://www.amex.com/amextrader/tdrInfo/ ... 01wkly.pdf

Portsmouth Escrow, Stradford Escrow, and All Capital Services are each registered as businesses in New Jersey, but I can't get details without paying -- so there's no guarantee that these businesses match these web sites.

Roy Lerman doesn't mention being involved in any of those three sites, and given all the other information he provides, it's surprising that he would leave these businesses out.
