This shoudl cover you for Germany, but why you would want to deal with those in Nigeria is beyond me. That seems to be SCAM HEAVEN!!!! Not only the 419 Scams, but they are heavy into to escrow fraud, and other internet scams (probably many we have yet to think of).

None-the-less, it should get you started.

there is written:

not even with firefox, why?
the nigerian seller prefered escrow.com (so i dont think he is a scammer)

friends can open the site... my firewall is turned off

Plesk (as I recall) is associated with some spyware/malware software. This would suggest to me that your machine might be infected.

OR

You should NOT click on links that the seller provides you in an email. Always type the link in manually. The true URL's can be hidden in HTML or even exploiting other vulnerabilities (which I won't go into detail here.)
