im rafi from malaysia. I see the ads from Mudah.my that guy from italy mr mario Droganelli add: 21 Via Craca, Milano 00352 ITALY want sell a car with Malaysian registered with price MYR35,000.00. i found that is so cheap here. Reason for sell is cannot register at ITALY doesnt meet euro spec. So so many reasonable question made but he couldnt give datails about the car because it already packed in Escrow custody and ready to ship to buyer. the escrow is www.carwex.com co no :NL02189045 registered by www.onlinenic.com USA and sub host server at Thailand created since 2001 in USA and 2009 in Thailand expired on 2013.

Yes, you must make the advance payment of 50% and the rest is the loan. I know what is the procedure to make the papers and you will not have any problems. Here you have all the necessary details to start the transaction with the escrow service:
1. To start the transaction I will need your full name and address.
2. The car is already in the company custody and ready for shipping, also with all the documents for registration. We do not have access to the documents of the car until it will arrive to your location. They will need your signature to open them and I will not be able to give you any kind of information regarding the car.
3. After I will pay all the necessary fees to them you will receive an e-mail from them with the details of the transaction (shipping and payment).
4. You will have to pay to them in advance 50% from the price of the car and send the details of your payment to them. The shipping procedure will not start until you will not pay the money to the escrow service company.
5. After the payment is verified the escrow service will ship the car to your location and it will arrive in maximum 12 working days. The payment will remain in the escrow service company trust account until you decide if you want to keep the car or not.
6. You will have the car in your custody for 2 weeks to test it. Also you will have the papers so you can go and verify them so you can see you will not have to pay any taxes. The escrow agent responsible with the transaction will make all the papers to take the car on your name.
7. After the 2 weeks of inspection if you decide to keep the car you will close the papers with the escrow service and give them the rest of the money for it(you will have a limit if 500km to drive the car). If you do not want to keep it the escrow service will take the car back and you will receive your money in 24 hours.

i received an traking no by Carwex.com and check with their web mention that status is pending.
so i instructed by carwex to make payment:

Merchandise Inspection:
Inspection time : 5 working days.

- MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) - 10 digits number from the payment receipt;
- Sender Name and Address;
- Receiver Name and Address;
- Amount sent;
- Scanned paper of the money transfer.

The payment was made the sumMYR17500.00 via Western Union. the carwex.com still exist. But me buyer agreed the seller to pay 50% of MYR35,000.00 and the balance paid after inspection. but why today the Carwex.com ask for full settlement because the ship stopped at the boader Malaysia -Thailand. Carwex wrote:

Dear sir, the shipping will get in Thailand in 3 days and on the day or 3 of March will be at the border between Thailand and Malaysia and we are sorry to inform you but the transport is stopped at the border in Thailand. The Malaysian lows will change and will be in effect from the 1 of March. In order to cross the border you will have to pay another 50%. The Malaysian low dose not allow any transaction only if the payment is made in full. We are sorry to inform you this but this is the only option. So we will need another payment from you of 17500 MYR. Please tell us when you will be able to make this payment.
Please e-mail us back as soon as you can with your e-mail so we can continue the transaction !

You are right; it is fraud. The company doesn't exist, the car doesn't exist, and the "seller" is not named Mario Droganelli.

Since you already paid half of the money the scammers think they should try it a second time.

The only thing you can do is to go to the police and file a report with them. This is organized crime, not some single scammer.

Yes.i think so. 1 thing all member must know that Western Union MCTN no only use for tracking. Anyone can pick up the money send worldwide without showing their ID. So remeber the only security step is DO NOT INFORM THE SENDER NAME AND ADDRESSS. These may helpful. WU doest not commintted to any action while the money is transfered.

Just beware.
