Seems this one has been around a bit, the name changes but the webpage looks/feel doesn't...here is the email I received from Matthew Hines <mwhines@gmail.com>..

I have signed up with http://www.generalcarsdeals.com and decided that they should handle the deal for me. I will have the car shipped at your address at my cost for inspection. So if you want to make the deal register at their site and send me the e-mail you have used for registration so I can start the transaction. The car will be driven by one of the company's agents to your address and assist you with the inspection. Also, during the inspection period you have the option to keep the car or return it if you don't like it, and have all your money back.
