This site contained a page as I say from one of the mass produces sites of the fraud designer website world

It is a stupid thing to do but also at the same time it is a stolen page usually associated with the escrow fraud websites and all the wording is as per the web fraud page

They also ignored my email sent to confirm legallity

I am not convinced that http://mail-parcel-center.com/ is a fraud. I have found the page in question at http://mail-parcel-center.com/ebay_packaging.htm which contains mostly dead links. If someone could provide more evidence, I would add it to the database, at this point, I would err on the side of caution.

Did you suggest that he "Revise" that page, as it is likely to NOT get much use because the color scheme, logos and images are from known scams?

I told him about it and he said when he updated the site he would omit the well know page and did not realise he was using such a well known design used by fraudsters and I also pointed out that he was in a fix should anyone from the design house discover the use he could be liable under copyright laws (Hardly likely in this case but posible)

All web pages are by nature available to being copied which is to our advantage in most cases
