DUTIES
The PPA will process payments coming directly from our employees, and is expected to demonstrate precise attention to detail and to process their designated payments according to a strict but easy-to-follow step-by-step protocol consisting of both written directions and verbal instruction and coaching from the supervisor. A more defined, complete, and all-encompassing set of rules will be provided upon commencement of paid training, during which you can ask your personal supervisor any pertinent questions (whether specifically rule-driven or more general in nature) prior to finishing the process. Solaris Group Inc will provide detailed instructions with regards to payment processing procedures and details, including the sender's full name, total amount being processed, invoice and check numbers, internal company codes, and a host of other private details for each separate payment.
When funds enter the bank account that our employee has designated for work purposes (see FAQ), the PPA's duty is to withdraw the correct amount of cash payment (minus commission), transfer the funds using an International Wire System, and make a correct and materially accurate notation of all relevant details, including names, numbers, amounts, times, and other details about the payment, according to an electronic form which they will receive.
All the fees (WU/MG) are paid from employee's commission. HOWEVER, our company undertakes to reimburse part of any expenses which are incurred in connection with money transfer (WIRE for Tier 2 employees, or by Western Union/Money gram system for regular PPAs) should money transfer charges exceed 3%. SALARY
During the probationary period, the compensation is as follows:

We offer $2300 (USD) per month (a little over $550/week)in guaranteed base salary, plus 8% for each payment processing operation that you complete. For example, if you process a $5000 payment, that will entail $400 of commission for you, which you are paid immediately out of cash funds. You will have to pay the forwarding fee out of your commission, but will do so only after you have been able to withdraw the entire amount including your commission in cash, so you are guaranteed that sum because you'll have it in your hands, separating it yourself from the final payment. Furthermore, we offer an extra $50 bonus for every transaction you complete before 11AM (your local time) to help you to partially offset that cost via early-bird (and other) performance incentives. The fees for forwarding a cash payment are nominal; normally around 3%, depending on the amount of the payment being processed (using our example $5000, the fee is $150 - Tier 2 employees please note that you will pay much less, according to your bank's schedule of fees, which normally run approximately $15-20). Nothing is ever taken out of any of your personal or non-work related expenses-remember, your commission, the fees, and the payment transfer are all out of the client's initial payment. To be clear, if you're processing a $5000 payment, your commission is $400, the fee for transferring it via wire is $150 (less for Tier 2 employees), and you would a) hold onto $400 cash, b) pay the $150 wire transfer fee out of that $400 commission (resulting in a net pay of $250.00 for processing a single payment), and c) wire $4600 to the payee who the client has designated. Once complete, you retain the paperwork, hold on to your $250, and get ready to process your next payment!

Isn't the bank going to say something about so much money going through my account?

We hardly ever experience any problems while working with the banks. If asked about the funds, simply let them know that you are completing a job.

Why do I have to use my personal account?

The reason you use your own account for this job is because the position is considered to be an Independent Contractor position, which requires Payment Processing Agents to use their own account during their probationary period. Once employed Full-Time we would provide you with a bank account through our company.

Do I wait until the transfer clears before sending money according to the instructions?

Yes, you sure do. If there is a hold placed on the funds received, we will work closely with the bank to try and clear any holds. We DON'T DEAL WITH CHECKS - WIRE TRANSFERS ONLY.

I'm feeling uncomfortable about giving you my online banking details. Why do you need these? I'm worrying about unauthorized access to my bank account.

We ask for online banking (view-only) access to monitor deposits coming from our clients. It both saves your time and increases your rating in our system:

We are searching for employees to process payments coming from our clients. TRIAL PERIOD POLICY

SALARY
During the probationary period we offer £1,500 monthly salary plus 8% commission for each payment processing operation. Furthermore, we offer £50 bonus for each transaction completed by 11 o'clock (local time). With the current number of clients, on average, your overall income will amount to up to £4,000 per month. A successful agent may ask for additional tasks and earn more. After the probationary period, base salary goes up to £1,800 per month plus 8% commission. Base salary (£1,500) will be transferred at the end of the month to employee's bank account via Direct Deposit. Commission (8%) is to be deducted from the processed money at the time of the transfer.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

Payment Processing Agents is supposed to process received assets during one business day, i.e. from the moment of money entering their bank account to the moment of re-send to our client in accordance with contract terms. If money enters employee's account on a day-off or holiday, all payment processing procedures have to be completed during the next working day.

Payment Processing Agents receives invoices for each transaction every 14 days. This document is a confirmation of transaction validity and in case of any (if any at all) unforeseen circumstances it will evidence your personal non-participation. All invoices will contain detailed information on money sender and will be both sealed and certified with President's signature.

After the Probationary Period completion, invoices will be sent every business day.
