Yes its a fake escrow site run by Romanians.
If its eBay related, report the person pretending to be the buyer.
He is running the site.
Whats the buyer's email address?

this site is definitely a scam! i unfortunately fell for the scam and lost my engagement ring to a Jim Benson, username on ebay is botrock22 email jmbenson6@gmail.com. He supposedly lives in Spain and wanted to use the escrow service instead of paypal. I was desperate for the money, three kids, a terminal illness instead of working will do that to a person. I am now with out my beautiful ring or the money but still have all my debt. I am so outraged, i want to cry!

coachaddict6:

You need to report this to law enforcement (if you haven't already). While the chances of getting back the ring are slim it is in my opinion very important to get some kind of pressure up. Law enforcement will not do anything unless the know that this has happened.

A few more things to keep in mind: If you follow the feedback of botrock22 you'll find this:

http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.d ... tForOthers

I find the feedback in certain ways remarkable: With one exception all the other people salomon_978 gave feedback for have just a single feedback: his. And while both salomon_978 and all his buyers are allegedly from Spain the feedback is always in english? I'm not saying that salomon_978 is in on this but I would suggest having a look at the other accounts he gave feedback for.

And yes, those scammers are in my opinion very low life forms. Please use your outrage to hurt those people: Go to the police. If you need further help please post here and we will try our best.

These victims reports here are so sad and unnecessary. If the role players that are supposed to make sure we do not end up in situations like these simply did what they had to, this would have been a non-issue and many people would have not been victims. Considering various folks have made the registrar, Xin Net as well as ICANN aware of this domain, it should have long since been dead.
