Is it a scam? Well that's a tough one. I will tell you this, it's probably not as easy as they make it sound. It probably requires a bunch of near impossible things to start seeing any revenue. I suspect it's a Pyramid scheme as I have seen similar ones before.

I love this one:

Live near <city code from IP>?
As of <<merge date>>, there were 7 work-from-home opportunities available in your area!
(Plus hundreds more in cities across the nation!)

Right, "city code from IP" and "merge date"; but whereever I am and which day it is, miracously "there were 7 work-from-home opportunities available in your area"...

Let's dig a bit deeper. The footer says "Brought to you by Home Business Connection your trusted business resource", so let's go there: http://www.homebusinessconnection.com

Now, if you see the opportunities offered there you get a pretty good idea what this is about. Whois for both sites (and the second footer on the first site) leads to cuttingedgemedia.com which in turn leads to stuff like this:

http://www.cuttingedgeleads.com/cutting ... leads.aspx

I wouldn't call this a scam. It's marketing. They sell your address, phone# and email address to interested companies. That's all.

(Disclaimer: That's what I figure so far from the material I've seen. As usual, I could be wrong.)
