www.trade-guard.com possible fraud

I came across medialettrastore@yahoo.com selling plasma TV's at a very low price on Alibaba.com . Anyway he says he's out of Romania and can't use escrow.com . So he suggests http://www.trade-guard.com, stating that he has used them in the past. Well, I do a little research and find out that the site was created on 02-28-05 . The site also looks like the *spam* fraud sites found on this website. Didn't lose any money but all signs point to SCAM. Beware....
