European Courier Services

Postby holzkopf » Sun Jan 19, 2014 6:27 pm

Oh well, I've never imagined that could have happened to me, but it did:

I (thought that I) bought an audiorecorder via quoka.de -
had mail contact with Harry Thomas
hary4006thomas4006@hotmail.com

who suggested me to do the transaction with
European Courier Services
http://www.erp-cour-serv.com
europeancourierservices@consultant.com

After I realized that I had been defrauded I made some researches:
this domain had been registered a few days after I had contact with "Harry Thomas", by
vasilecotoi1@gmail.com
via Public Domain Registry

Another quite similar "company"- log-erln-ag.com - which had nearly the same content
and is already offline had been registered by
georgesavu712@hotmail.com
via Public Domain Registry as well

Unbelievable that this guy from Manchester (I read a few posts in the quoka-Forum)
is acting like that for a few years now...

I lost quite a few bucks, so hopefully these informations will help others avoiding these traps.
Thanks for running this website!

Hello,

thanks for posting your story.
I've added

http://www.erp-cour-serv.com/

to our database. This particular site copies the website of an existing legit company (Cargoline); and I want to give them a chance to save some evidence before the fake site gets killed.

You should definitely file a police report (if you haven't done this already).

Thanks for your reply!

I filed a report, but it seems they can't do that much -
but the more people report, the more urgent it gets for the german judiciary,
so don't hesitate to involve the police.

Fight for your right (to party - as well ;) )

Keep up the good work
and let's stick together.
