Freedom Cargo Ship

Postby lindawt51 » Thu Feb 14, 2019 8:12 pm

https:www.freedomcargoship.com.
carolyn@ airstaffeng.com

The scam is 2005 NewMar Dutch Star 4320 Motohome, includes a link to lots of photos.
It’s price is $17,500.00. You contact about buying, she then tells you RV is stored and the shipping company takes care of
everything using an escrow account for money transfer, upon wire transfer they ship the rv to you and you have 5 days to decide if you want to buy, once you agree and fax signed documents the RV is yours. This was too good to be true!! Ha after googling fraud sites we found it on a site. We told Carolyn we would fly out to see RV, no we can’t do that, she is the only one that has access as it’s already in a shipping container. So I informed her that I found the scam site and without seeing the RV we have no deal. I then clicked the link we got via email from the shipping company, get the transfer info and wait 10 minutes email them back that the bank is having a problem transferring the $$, it stop the transfer stating it’s a fraudulent site. We then get an email stating no there are not blah blah blah. Ok if not let us fly out look at rv, pay owner direct and drive it home! Haha not heard another word!

Beware!!

Hello,

thank you for posting about your experiences. You've provided some more valuable information; about this in a second.

First: I'm very happy that you didn't fall for this and didn't lose any money. This is exactly what we hope for when doing this.

freedomcargoship.com is indeed in our database; I've sent a report to the hoster on February 3rd. As you can see the site is still alive. Some hosters (but definitely not all!) seem to have little interest in fighting this sort of fraud...

Now about your information: carolyn@airstaffeng.com naturally leeds to the domain airstaffeng.com which doesn't contain any real content. I also see that the domain was registered just 5 days ago. So I'll assume that it is used just for email. But it also leads to

http://dodgeroadtekb3500classb.com/

Wow, just $1500. Which is somewhat amazing given that the same vehicle was sold here:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/2000-Roadtrek- ... 3503455168

for $23k...

betty@airstaffeng.com must be pretty low on cash. Right.

Digging a little deeper:

http://www.toyotatacomasr5.com/

Probably the same scammer? Probably. Email used here is julmyres@gmail.com which in turn leads to

https://tacomatoyota4wd.com/

and

https://saltlakecity.craigslist.org/cto ... 84784.html

and

https://sites.google.com/view/2002-fleetwood-mallard

This also leads to https://www.2002fleetwoodmallard24ft.com/ and the email julmyres@usmedical.institute

(my guess is that the gmail.com addresses don't give enough credibility) This also leads to audr23@usmedical.institute, nicole43@usmedical.institute, jenny7@usmedical.institute, sharon@usmedical.institute, tiffany3@usmedical.institute and numerous car ads.

Digging further? Sure:

http://www.bmw3series325.com/ (defunct now, but definitely looked like the other ones above - it's still in the Google cache). This gives us gausewillis@gmail.com

Interested in a caterpillar?

http://www.caterpillar304c2oo9.com/ with amberalissa45@gmail.com

or another motor home?

http://itascamotorhomeo7.com/ with barb45trev@gmail.com which also leads to

https://www.facebook.com/2500-03-Toyota ... 866339277/

(this was 2017!)

http://readyo15trailerconcession.com/ and sharonrobaertson@gmail.com who also wants to sell a gaming laptop: http://alienware17r5gaming.com/

http://9productoffer.com/ and taliyahsn4@gmail.com

http://polarisrangerutv16.com/ and ab45bell@gmail.com

http://classb.roadtrek190popularo4.com/ and lydiahansen507@gmail.com

This feels like a good place to stop (though there are more, many many more). What I tried to show was how that single piece of information you provided (the email address used by the scammer) turned up numerous additional fake sitesfake ads. That's why all this is important to us.

Thanks again for telling your story; and if you have anything more to share about this feel free to post.
