Fairmont Shipping Escrow - trustworthy or fraud?

I got payment instructions from a private seller who wants to use escrow service of "Fairmont Shipping Ltd."
("The payment has to be made using Western Union in collaboration with PayPal. We would like to confirm to you again that our seller..." )

I'm currently not sure if that site is trustworthy: http://www.fairmont.1x.net
(no https, sound effects. strange hoster (1x.net), strange contact mail address of the escrow partner: fairmont@contractor.net )

"Trustworthy" isn't exactly the word I would use for this site; "completely fake" would be more like it.

As you can see this particular layout/design has been used hundreds of times before.

I'll add the site to our database and will write a report to the hoster. My guess it that the fake site will be history on Monday (1x.net has zero tolerance for such sites).

Please post a few more details about the deal; especially the names and email addresses used by the "seller" (which is the scammer himself).
