Escrow fraud suspected - AsteraTransporter24

Hey there!
I would like to know if you have any information about AsteraTransporter24 [http://astera-transporter24.onlinewebshop.net/].
Searching on google i just find some entries on an old escrow company called Astera, but this does not seem to be the same.
I suspect a fraud because of this old entry and because i couldn't find a licence.

Please tell us a bit more about the alleged "seller" and so on. If you have already paid please make screenshots since I'm going to kill the site pretty soon.

No, I didn't pay yet, because everything was a bit dubious.
The adress of the seller was ralf.scherrmann@hotmail.com, who told me that she is a widow and her man died in an accident a few months ago, so the equipment I wanted to buy is no longer in use.
I started to get suspicous because the price was very low.
When I told the scammer that i would like to choose a licensed company, he/she said she is going to inform the police because he/she already paid for the shipment
