AJ Expedition fraud?

Postby nsw » Sun Aug 07, 2011 9:07 am

I intend to purchase camera lens from a London-based seller Roberto Gabriel <aslsqqm@gmail.com> in an online classifieds site. After confirming the deal, the seller sent me this email.

Hello ********,
I sent you the package with the lens and now the package is into the shipping company custody. This is your tracking number: 01AJ******G and you can check you're tracking number on the shipping company web site: http://www.aj-world-expedition.co.cc
The shipping company it's waiting for your deposit to their account and as soon they will have your payment confirmation, will begin the delivery to your specified address.
Please contact me after you make the payment and also you receive the lens.
Reply me soon.
Thank you!

Yes, it's fake - and so is the "seller".

With a bit of luck the fake site may be gone in a couple of hours.
