I need a few more details. What are those companies supposed to do for you? Are there any websites associated with them?

Hello. Robinson Consultants of Seattle trade in selleing shares ??? which we sold through them, we have now been approached by a company called International Allegiance Escrow Services as the monies from sale of shares is being held by them due to USA tax laws. We have to pay them a rather alot of money to get our sale of share proceeds.We are now unable to get Robinsons on phone or website.
The above Escrow Services have a web site but we are unable to contact them by phone, a man called Kenneth Stern calls us and he says there is not a phone to call him on, something about not being able to record incoming telephone conversations etc. I know it all sounds so easy to call it a scam but we are owed such alot of money by them, just do not know what to do.
Need help.
