Indeed, I believe it to be a fraud... First of all you can check http://escrow-fraud.pgardner.net/images/sites/Layout13/ and you will see that there are now (at least) 2 sites with the exact same layout.

Plus the fancy floating graphics on the site you inquired about is not something that I would expect to see on a professional site.

Site is only a little over a month old, and they have the same kind of site as another.... Pretty suspicious. I would avoid them at all cost. Especially since http://www.comdeship.com (the other site) is now apparently shut down.
