I was about to go over tommorow to Western Union and send money to this Escrow site, but then I started researching and I found out about these scams. Does anyone know about Imperial Escrow?

NEVER USE WESTERN UNION TO SEND MONEY.
Western Union is for sending money to people you KNOW and TRUST. It's likely you don't know OR trust the other party (which is why you would consider using an ESCROW company in the first place).
Also check http://escrow-fraud.pgardner.net/images/sites/Layout4/ this should further convince you of fraud.
