http://dhl-cargo.it.tp real?

Postby munkywrench » Sat Jun 07, 2008 4:00 pm

I am thinking of buying a pair of 30" lcd monitors (dell 3007wfp-hc a discontinued model) from an internet trader.

When I asked how he could assure me my money wasn't going to vanish he promptly suggested this site:

http://dhl-cargo.it.tp

When I google this nothing comes up.

I noticed it is hosted on 100webspace ( can be a free hosting domain ). Is this cause for concern?
I know DHL has taken over a lot of smaller shipping companies around the world and not always totally integrated them or what not.

Can anyone help me confirm its authenticity?

Do DHL even offer an escrow like service?

I have already told the trader I would prefer to use http://www.dhl.com or http://www.dhl.it
I will also use escrow.com.

Thank you in advance for any help/tips/advice.

I find that there are many oppertunities to buy the things I want. If the price is too low its problably a scam. If it isn't then the seller should be happy to use a legit escrow like escrow.com if they are not then walk away and keep your money safe.

Good Luck,

Darren
